Our main objective is to enhance the sufficiency of e-learning, to disseminate and exploit its outcomes, to rise national and international cooperation.
About Our Association
The Hungarian e-University Network is an association representing ODL/e-learning unites and experts of 19 Hungarian HEIs, all active in course development and offering high quality courses in ODL and/or blended methodology.
The aim of the network is the support of Hungarian distance education/e-learning in the framework of a national professional organisation. Its objective is to enhance the sufficiency of e-learning, to disseminate and exploit its outcomes, to rise national and international cooperation – including the coordination of the activities of training material development/spread and the activities of continuing professional education and distance education network development.
As the only Hungarian member, HUeUN represented the e-learning community of the country from 2007 to 2013 in the Europe-wide professional network of EADTU.
Our Members
Hungarian e-University Network represents institutions and individuals active in ODL/e-learning development in the Hungarian higher education, as well as individual members from the corporate Learning and Development sector.
Our association wishes to facilitate wide-scale international networking, offering support and services to its members and partners for establishing strategic partnership with similar organisations and experts of relevant areas.
On a voluntary basis, our members may publish their profile in these pages – including all relevant information as they are usually requested in different forms to be submitted for programme calls.
Both institutions and individuals may offer links to their other relevant information as well.
Activities
Hungarian e-University Network and its members actively take part in versatile activities, including research and development, course and system-development, methodological staff training, organisation of professional events and many other, e-learning related activities in international cooperation. Under this headline, you can find short summaries and links to the resources or results of these activities ( – activities tempory unavailbale –), with specific attention to EU supported projects.
Some of these content elements are freely available for the general public, as dissemination of the results, some others may be accessed only for registered users. Some of the courses may be part of project activities and access is offered only for the target group, while for other courses – e.g. tasters and demos – you may freely register yourself without any obligation and restriction.
